Job Title: Accounts Officer

Locations: Lagos/Abuja/Port Harcourt

Summary

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word).
Analytical Skill.
Attention to details.
Excellent communication skill (oral/writing)
Proficiency in the Use of Accounting Software/Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

Responsibilities

Timely and accurate preparation of all client bills in Lagos.
Timely and accurate issue of receipts for all transactions.
Confirming and signing of all Lagos Reservation Forms.
Posting of all transactions on COBRA.
Generating monthly revenue report for the company.
Sending Revenue Reports to Sixt Germany.
Maintaining and Updating Customers' Statements of account.
Following up with sales men on customer's payments.
Preparation of Monthly Salary Adjustment.
Review and Confirmation of day to day lodgement into the company's account.

Requirements

B.Sc in Accounting.
ICAN/ACCA will be an added advantage
5 years cognate experience in a similar role.
